Canadian Federation of University Women Hamilton (CFUW) is the local chapter of a nationwide network of women graduates. Through their speaker series and interest group meetings they encourage members efforts towards intellectual development. They fund scholarship awards to students at McMaster, Mohawk and Brock University.
They are trying to attract younger members and required promotional pieces. Through the FootPRINT Fund together we decided we would create a new book mark for them which would promote their new member drive and serve as an awareness piece. Along with the bookmark we designed and printed a new program brochure that they could also hand out to potential members.
“I feel that the award has given us a more polished and professional face to the community and people are more aware of the good work that we do-our promotion of education for girls around the world and our scholarships in Hamilton. We have eight new members this year and everyone has commented on the great appearance of both the bookmark and the pamphlet.”
