Community Residential Care Home Inc. was established in the mid 70’s to provide care and support for the special needs population, including individuals with developmental disabilities. The Heathy Eating Adds Up program is a 20 week program based on the needs and preferences of these individuals. The colourful visual materials and pictoral recipe books developed for the program enable patricipants to learn healthy eating concepts and food preparation skills. Allegra through the FootPRINT Fund was able to help Community Residential Care Home Inc. by printing these materials for the Heathy Eating Adds Up program.
